Hippo Thursday Everyone!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you are having a fabulous day. Every month I participate in team swaps for the Simply Sweet Stampers and the Sweet Stampede. If you are new to swapping it’s pretty simple and a lot of fun. Each month a theme is picked and projects (Cards, 3D Projects, or small home decor pieces) are made using current Stampin Up Product. Team members from all over the United States participate and its a great way to get inspiration on the many ways products can be used.
Below are my swaps for July 2022 and I had a lot of fun with them. The theme for the Simply Sweet Stampers Swap was Sale-A-Bration items so I used the Hippest Hippos Stamps and Hippos dies for this swap. The stamps and dies are part of a collection of products in the Sale-a-Bration Catalog that you can earn for free with a 50.00 purchase. You can check out the Sale-A-Bration catalog here.
For the Sweet Stampede, our theme was Christmas in July. As hot as it is here in South Texas, it was so hard for me to get motivated for Christmas especially since Halloween is before Christmas. I used the Christmas Scottie Bundle from the Mini Holiday Catalog of course. I saw that cute dog and had to play with it. I’ve got some alternate non Christmas projects planned with this set so stay tuned for that! You can shop for the Christmas Scottie Bundle on pg 34 of the Mini Holiday Catalog here.
I have listed the items used and measurements below for each card with brief directions.
